Each key works only on the computer whose machine code was sent. Check you pasted the whole key (use Ctrl+V, don't type it) on the same PC. If Windows was reinstalled the machine code changes — send us the new one.
No. The program switches to Education Mode; all data stays readable. Renew and paste the new key to continue.
Rudra ERP checks for a computer date set back in time. Correct the Windows date and time (set them to automatic) and restart the program.
On your own computer, in the Data folder next to the program (one numbered folder per company). We never see your accounts.
Another Administrator of the same company can set a new one. If there is no other Administrator, the company cannot be opened — not even by us. Restore an older backup taken before the password was set, if you have one.
Only for backups. Two computers opening the same company through Drive sync can lose entries. For several users, use the Gold edition on a LAN, or talk to us about the Multi Business online setup.
