| Renew before the end date | The new term is added to your current end date. Example: yearly licence ending 31 Mar 2027, renewed on 10 Mar 2027 → new end 31 Mar 2028. |
| Renew after the end date | The new term starts from the old end date as well, so the gap is counted. Renew on time to get the most from your payment. |
| Monthly → Yearly | Allowed at any renewal. The yearly term is added to your current end date. |
| Yearly → Lifetime | Allowed at any time. Pay the lifetime price; a new key with no end date is issued. |
| Lifetime update plan | Lifetime licences never stop working. The update plan only extends the "free updates until" date, so you can install new versions. |
| Adding computers (Gold) | Extra computers are charged for the remaining term and share the same end date. |
| Changed computer / Windows reinstalled | Just log in to Rudra ERP on the new computer. The licence moves there automatically; you can also remove old computers from My account. |
| System date set back | The program detects it and stops entries until the date is correct. Never change the PC date to extend a licence. |
