Sign the partner agreement

Share your PAN, GSTIN (if registered) and bank details for payouts.

Get trained

A short online session on the product, installation, activation and renewals.

Sell & register customers

Register each customer with us before the sale so the account and renewals are tagged to you.

Get paid

Margins are settled monthly for all paid orders, with a GST invoice from you if registered.

Partner guidelines

Do

  • Quote the official price list; discounts come only from your own margin
  • Register every customer before closing a sale
  • Install genuine setups downloaded from this website only
  • Help customers take regular backups and renew on time
  • Give first-level support; escalate product issues to us

Don't

  • Share, resell or reuse serial numbers or activation keys
  • Install on more computers than the licence allows
  • Promise features that are not in the product
  • Use the Rudra ERP name or logo in ads without our approval
  • Change a customer's system date or tamper with the program

Breaking these rules can lead to loss of margins and end of the partnership.

Partner FAQ

Is there a joining fee?

No. Registered partners join free. Certified and Premier levels need the training session and the yearly targets above.

Who issues the invoice to the customer?

We invoice the customer for the licence, and you receive your margin. Your own installation and training charges you bill directly.

Do I earn on renewals forever?

Yes, as long as the customer stays tagged to you and your partnership is active. If a customer moves to another partner at their own request, renewals move with them.

Can I sell outside my district?

Yes. Leads we pass on are from your district, but you can sell anywhere in India.
