Terms of sale
Seller. Licences are sold by , (GSTIN ).
Prices. Prices on this website are in Indian rupees and exclude GST, which is added on the invoice. The price on your invoice is final.
Delivery. The software is delivered digitally: a download link, a serial number and an activation key sent by WhatsApp or e-mail, normally within one working day of payment.
Term. Monthly and yearly licences run until the valid-till date on the licence. Lifetime licences do not end; free updates are included until the date shown.
Renewal. Renewals are not automatic. A renewal extends the licence from its previous end date.
Partners. Licences bought through an authorised partner are covered by these same terms. Partners' own installation and training services are between you and the partner.
End User Licence Agreement
Publisher: . By installing or using Rudra ERP you agree to these terms.
Licence. Rudra ERP is licensed, not sold. A serial number lets you use the edition and term it was sold for (Silver: one computer; Gold: the number of computers stated), on the computers it is activated for.
Subscription. A Monthly or Yearly licence works until its valid-till date. After that the program runs in Education Mode until it is renewed. Your data stays yours and remains readable. A Lifetime licence does not end; it includes free updates until the date shown on the licence.
Education Mode. Without an active licence the program may be used for learning only: vouchers can be entered on the 1st, 2nd and 31st of a month, and printouts are marked "Education Mode". It may not be used to keep the books of a business.
Your data. Company data is stored on your own computer (the Data folder). You are responsible for taking backups (Alt+Y > Backup) and for the correctness of your accounts, tax returns and filings. The publisher cannot recover lost data or forgotten company passwords.
Restrictions. You may not copy the licence to other computers, share or resell serial numbers or activation keys, or modify, decompile or reverse engineer the program, except as allowed by law.
No warranty. The program is provided "as is". Reports, GST returns and calculations should be checked before filing. To the extent allowed by law, the publisher is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, and its total liability is limited to the licence fee paid.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Refund & cancellation policy
Please try the free Education Mode before buying — it is the full program.
If you have paid but not yet activated the licence, you can cancel within 7 days of payment for a full refund.
Once a licence is activated, the fee is not refundable, except where the software does not work on a computer that meets the system requirements and our support team cannot fix it within 7 days of activation.
Renewals and update plans are not refundable after the new key has been issued.
Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
To request a refund, contact us with your invoice number and serial number.
Privacy policy
Your accounts stay with you. Rudra ERP stores company data on your own computer. The program does not send your accounts, parties or entries to us.
What we collect. When you buy, renew or contact us: your name, business name, phone, e-mail, GSTIN, address, serial number and machine code. We use these only to issue licences, invoices and support.
Machine code. It is a short code worked out from your computer's identity. It does not contain personal files or data.
Sharing. We do not sell your details. We share them only with the authorised partner who serves you, our payment and accounting providers, or when the law requires.
This website does not use advertising trackers. Forms open WhatsApp or your e-mail app; nothing is stored on this site.
Your rights. Ask us any time to see, correct or delete your details (records needed for tax law are kept as required).
